Our online booking system makes it easy to request your transfer, receive a quote and pay securely online.
Request a Quote
To obtain a quote, simply complete the first three fields with your travel details. You can then continue through the booking process if you wish to proceed.
If you have travelled with us before, you can use your existing login details. The login box is top right of booking page.
How to book a Meet & Greet service.
Need a Meet & Greet airport or ferry terminal transfer?
When completing your online booking, select the Meet & Greet option on the confirmation page. Your driver will meet you inside the terminal and assist with your luggage before taking you directly to your destination.
Meet & Greet is available for Marlborough Airport, Picton Ferry Terminal and other agreed pickup locations.

Important Booking Information
During periods of high demand, online bookings are unavailable within 24 hours of travel.
If you need a transfer within the next 24 hours, or would like to check availability, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
For transfers before 8.00am, please make your booking or contact us by 7.00pm the evening before. Bookings received after 7.00pm may not be reviewed or confirmed until after 8.00am the following morning.
Your Booking Confirmation
Once you submit your booking request, you will automatically receive a notification that your request has been received.
Please note: this notification does not confirm your booking.
We will review your request and confirm your transfer by email and/or text. If we are unable to accept the booking, we will also let you know.

Corporate Accounts
Regular business travellers can set up a corporate account through our booking system, making it easier to manage bookings and receive invoices for completed travel.
